I help people communicate, grow, heal, and live more intentionally.

My work takes many forms—from supporting clients with communication to practicing Reiki, creating content, building a nonprofit, and sharing the experiences of life as a woman, mother, and entrepreneur.

This is a space where all of those passions come together.
